Welcome to Once Upon a Time: Chapter 3. This is our third annual fundraising event to immerse attendees into the world of child welfare and how Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) has helped change the stories of youth in foster care. Join us for an evening of storytelling through child actors, music, and more. Our 37 volunteers currently advocate for over 40 children in Dauphin County and ensure their journeys have the best possible outcomes.
